It is allowed various provisions to implement gradually. After February, 2002, all crews are requested to tally each standard of STCW-95. Regarding the current crew management system in our country at that time, the classification, the graduation and the service rule of seafarers, it will have the impact and the influence on the development of marine transportation at the same time.
