Its result carries on and alternate analysis alone in accordance with the whole, external, three potential respects, finally we get eight man-made factors in collision accident of maritime casualty, the top three is “ working after drinking”, “absent without official leave” “doze” etc.. Those eight key elements are combined with international and domestic relevant regulations in depth analysis.
