It include five parts:(1) To infer the relationship between two-way moment of thin-walled rectangle beam section and two-way curvature with Quasi-Plastic-Hinge Approach. (2) Through thin-walled rectangle beam section relative equation among stress and strain in elastic and secondary plastic zone to find out energy equation both these two zones section accept two-way moment. (3) Using known energy equation of boundary in primary plastic, gaining the obviously approximate energy equation of thin-walled rectangle beam section in primary plastic zone. By the energy equation transmitting approximate relation between two-way moment and two-way curvature in primary plastic zone, then compare them by correct solution. (4) Rely on this approximate energy equation to get the end angle variation when beam shaft bearing two-way moment, and compare difference between them with correct solution. (5) Finally, using energy approximate solution to proceeding actual example analysis, conferred the end angle variation and toughness ratio of material nonlinear beam shaft bearing two-way moment.
