The black people in the hood had expressed their anti-social emotion and gangsters fight through Graffiti art at the late 70’s. In terms of Graffiti art, it started out from scrabbling and then to in all forms. Many designers have their works inspired by Graffiti art including fashion, craftsmanship, necessity, and furniture. Graffiti art has become irresistible. This study is focusing on applying Graffiti art to Chinese art creation and study. The background of Graffiti art, the characteristics of Chinese words, and the literature study of graphic words are composed, analyzed, and discussed for having the concept of Graffiti art integrated and applied to Chinese graphic words. The mission is to have a modern design expressed through the social viewpoint and art value of Graffiti art.
