And the traditional leadership was replaced by the new leadership styles, especially innovational leadership. As we know the society now needed lots of creative people for creating knowledge, designing things, and providing the new technology for the whole world .The Senior High School principal must learn innovative skills and choose strategies of leadership to raise the teacher’s profession about discovering the innovative potential in themselves and students. This study attempt to construct the Senior High School principal innovational leadership indicators. Giving the innovational leadership indicators, we can examine the effect about the work developing the possibilities of the students’ creativity potential. The results of this study revealed that innovational leadership was significant, and the principal innovation character, the innovational lead skills and the innovational lead strategies were very important for innovational leadership in Senior High School. Finally, This study got 136 indicators about innovation leadership, such as’ happy to innovate,’ ‘flexible thinking’, ‘implementation knowledge’, ‘good negotiation’ belong to the principal innovation character indicators. ‘Innovational organizational culture’, ‘Innovational leadership’, ‘Innovational communication ‘belong to the principal innovation leadership skills. And ‘knowledge management’, ‘raise group dynamic’, ‘raise innovational production’, and ‘double feedback loop’ belong to the principal innovation strategies.
