碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 工業教育學系 === 95 === This study aims to investigate the learning motivation and learning satisfaction degree of student’s of aviation mechanical engineering through literature analysis and questionnaires and then, to understand the relationship between learning motivation and learning satisfaction degree in different background variables. It is hoped that the result of the study can serve as worth-noticing information to the authorities concerned. Two aviation mechanical engineerings were selected as subjects for questionnaires. Data were collected through statistics analysis. The findings are as follows: 1. The student’s of aviation mechanical engineeringare highly motivated on the self-efficacy is the top factor. 2. The evaluation of learning satisfaction on student’s of aviation mechanical engineering are commonly high, especially the evaluation toward their teachers’ instruction. 3. The learning motivation degree of the students’ of the aviation mechanical engineering difference among the following students’ background variance,. 4. The learning satisfaction degree of the students’ of the aviation mechanical engineering difference among the following students’ background variance. 5. The higher learning motivation the student’s have, the higher satisfaction degree they perceive in their learning.
