This paper adopted a quantitative method, and we will data analyzed by apply descriptive statistics method, t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, multi-regression analysis. The empirical findings 1. Girl students more superior than boy on human rights knowledge and human rights attitude. 2. The sixty grade students more superior than the fifth grade on human rights knowledge and human rights attitude. 3. Students from high-class families more superior than those from low-class families on human rights knowledge and human rights attitude. 4. Students in urban areas more superior than students in the country and suburban areas on human rights knowledge and human rights attitude. 5. Students who occasionally play leading jobs in class more superior than those who are never on the jobs on human rights knowledge and human rights attitude.. 6.
