This thesis, to various kinds of solar energy Such as 1. 1.Crystalline silicon solar cell A. Monocrystalline solar cell B. polycrystalline solar cell 2. Thin film solar cell : amorphous Si, CIGS type, and CdTe type These business plan sum up their technology and market overview. Because the products of these new technologies all each have pluses and minuses, development is also full of uncertainty in the future, so need to think carefully even more. This thesis will assess above-mentioned technology in detail, regard achieving the company the foundation newly as writing an operation prospectus. This research is probing into the writing achieving company's prospectus newly, from plan writing way and structure, to intending to enter the manufacturer and individual which step the foot solar energy industry, offer preliminary cognition to the industry and offer the writing way of a prospectus of an industry of solar energy. More people to know the industry more benefit to the environment.
