碩士 === 國立清華大學 === 科技管理研究所 === 95 === Because a new business has no model to follow and compare with when it built at the beginning, it would not only meet problems about operations such as Resource Allocation, assets turnover, recruiting, etc. , but also face more indefinite factors than other business. Therefore, the entrepreneur’s ambition plays very important role in business continuity. This paper adopts a single case study methodology to describe how LanCreators established and analyze the characteristics of entrepreneurs in LanCreators’ founder. This paper concludes by discussing implications for theory, practice and future research.
