Understanding the situation of Vocational Training of Taoyuan Refinery. 2. Discussing the satisfaction of Taoyuan Refinery after receiving training. 3. Discussing the degree of Taoyuan Refinery trainee’s satisfaction in each factor of training implementation, execution and the situation after receiving training.
