Then take advantage of the online diagnose evaluation system which can accept new choice inscribe type and tradition choice question at the same time as practise test tool. At last, weaveing teacher's professional opinion’s questionaire to proceed investigation, then inquire into each item design and the developing feasibility of this research in the future. In order to verify the feasibility of this research, investigator use elementary school fifth grade's Mandarins the second cell of tenth volume "beautiful window " -the fourth lesson "under moonlight " and the fifth lesson "tung tree spend open "two lessons for example, analyze the knowledge structure of teaching material content, analyze the concept's summary of cell's content into a lot of conceptual node and establish a dendriform chart, then combines the concepts of Competence Indicators of Grade 1-9 curriculum, to Weave examination paper, put enter system, proceed test. This research is used online by Taichung City's some elementary school 320 five grade students and give a trial result, systematic operate mode flyaway, many people can execution on line at the same time, operateion quick and very smooth. And prove the examination paper in this research, after testing, the data by analyze show can actual diagnose come out student’s difficulty at study locality, and can identify the study situation at student’s each relative ability's target effectively, supply teacher referrence about implement remedy teaching or change teaching's tactic. Teachers’opinions toward each item designed in this research all tender face, prove this research is practicable in the computer classroom's environment in subject's elementary school and preceptorial daily teaching assessment.
