Summary:碩士 === 國立臺中教育大學 === 語文教育學系碩士班 === 95 === This thesis aims at analyzing of the teacher belief in listening teaching. And the researcher wants to help teachers to adjust their new teaching belief and help them to improve their professional knowledge by this analysis. The topics of this study are as following: The chapter one is describing how important of the listening teaching is, and then to discuss the motivation of the research,the range of the research,the method of the research,and the arrangement for sections and chapters,etc. The chapter two is to investigate the theories and studies about this thesis. Besides, the researcher tried to definite the meaning of listening、listening teaching, and teacher beliefs. The chapter three is investigating the ways and process of this case. And then, the chapter four is telling the readers about the result of this study. The result are divided into three parts as below:the reflection of teachers’ professional formed、the establishment of listening teaching concepts, and the teachers’ digestion of listening environment. At last, the researcher offers the conclusion in the chapter five, and gives some comments and advises to the future similar studies. During this process, the researcher found, teachers in the elementary school had started to teach some listening skills, but almost all the teachers never know about it. On the other hand, some teachers said they are willing to get the new information about the education. Thus, if nowadays the educational environment can prove teachers more information about listening teaching, it could help them to confront status of listening teaching.
