By means of qualitative method, this research is carried out by interviewing six married occupational women students studying in master-degree level. The main findings of the research are as follows: 1. The motivations of in-service education for married occupational women are multiple. 2. The situation of married occupational women in-service education is influenced by the attitudes of the families. 3. When the boss and co-workers give married occupational women supports in studying, their multiple role stress is decreased. 4. The difficulties for married occupational women facing with are including being lonely to study by oneself, not allowing to study in office hours, and having limited and decreased time to accompany the family. 5. The changes of the family situation after marrie1d occupational women pursuing in-service education include spouse being responsible for taking care of kids, married occupational women feeling guilty, married occupational women quarreling with the family, kids becoming undisciplined, kids getting improvements, and better communication with spouse. 6. The changes of the work situation after married occupational women in- service education depend their work is related to other co-workers. 7. The situation of married occupational women in service education is influenced by school hours, school’s location, teachers’ attitudes and working situation. 8. The multiple role conflicts of married occupational women pursuing in-service education include the multiple role conflicts of being mother, wife, daughter, worker, and student. 9. The coping strategies to deal with multiple role conflicts include ordering roles sequence according to its importance, using communication strategies, seeking for supports, sharing chores with spouse, accomplishing goals 10. efficiently, doing time management, accepting the present situation, and lowering standards.
