The samples are 231 elementary school female teachers randomly chosen in Taichung. Data were analyzed in two parts: first part included descriptive, one-way ANOVA and second part included Pearson correlation, canonical correlation, 2-way ANOVA and multiple stepwise regression. The major results of the study are:1. Based on the current analysis among social support and life satisfaction, “social support of school organization” and “intrinsic life satisfaction” are the most effective factors.2. Different background variables make the social support vary greatly in some aspects.3. Different background variables make the exercise involvement vary greatly in some aspects.4. Different background variables make the life satisfaction vary greatly in some aspects.5. According to Pearson correlation, social support, exercise involvement and life satisfaction are positively correlated. 6. According to canonical correlation, social support, exercise involvement and life satisfaction are positively correlated, consistency appears in structure coefficient. 7. According to 2-way ANOVA, among social support, exercise involvement and life satisfaction, the higher ‘social support’ and ‘exercise involvement’ groups are superior to middle and lower group. The middle ‘social support’ and ‘exercise involvement’ groups are superior to lower group. 8. According to multiple stepwise regression analysis, among all aspects of social support, ’the friends’ social support’ has the most explanation on the predictability of life satisfaction. Among all aspects of exercise involvement, ‘the body’s feel’ has the most explanation on the predictability of life satisfaction. Among all aspects of social support and exercise involvement, ‘the friends’ social support also has the most explanation on the predictability of life satisfaction.
