Semi-structured interviews were used to obtain the data from each participant during the women lived with their foreign daughters-in-law. Data were analyzed using Colaizzi’s (1978) method to do qualitative content text analysis.Findings demonstrated that during the women lived with their foreign daughters-in-law eight key themes emerged. They included thoughts and feelings about (1) Completing the family mission; (2) Thanks the God’s arrangement; (3) Open arms, greet New appointee; (4) Expecting the foreign daughters-in-law integrates into the Chinese culture and as a part of my family; (5) Recall and learn from painful experience, to adopt strategy; (6) The worry is unmanned to know, pain oneself can only conceal in mind; (7) With grateful heart, thank you to be with me; (8) To worry about the aged are not well-cared. The findings demonstrated that there is a need to reaffirm the place of caring in health professionals if our goal is to provide a high quality service, which meets the needs of the woman and her family patients/clients and their families.
