碩士 === 國立臺北商業技術學院 === 商學研究所 === 95 === In the past, there were abundant studies discussed not only the order quantity with bullwhip effect was a stochastic process, but also explored the strategies that reducing the bullwhip effect, such as ordering policy and information sharing. However, the change of demand is due to unexpected events and it can’t be predicted by stochastic process. Impermanent demand hasn’t continued, the demand will become normal situation after the unexpected events disappear. What the impact of impermanent demand change on supply chain is our concern. Our study focus on the situation that when there are many members and echelons in a supply chain, they might be either collaboration or competition. We use a simple supply chain to illustrate the profits of whole supply chain and provide important views for managers to understand the impact of impermanent demand change on supply chain and offer some strategy decisions, such capacity planning and ordering policy for evaluation
