Three hundred and seventy questionnaire samples were issued to instructors from 31 vocational schools in 7 counties in Southern Taiwan, with one hundred and seventy-five usable copies returned. The return rate of this study was 47.29%.
The statistical methodologies included frequency distribution, Percentage, one-sample t-test , independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson Product-moment Correlation and path analysis. The conclusion and suggestions were as following:
1. As for the behavior of knowledge sharing, most respondent agreed on “I will share my research results in public on appropriate occasions.”
2. As for the motivation of knowledge sharing, most respondent agreed on “I enjoy sharing knowledge because the enjoyment of research can be fulfilled.”
3. As for the incentive of knowledge sharing, most respondents agreed on “If sense of accomplishment can be fulfilled when sharing knowledge, I would be more willing to share what I know.”
4. As for the scenario of knowledge sharing, most respondents agreed on “I am too busy doing research so that there is no time for knowledge sharing.”

7. Those inexperienced and teaching in public schools in villages and towns in lower grade without administration responsibilities and with Doctorial Degrees, and are in their thirties perform better in “knowledge sharing incentive”.
8. Those married, teaching in private schools in cities with Master’s Degrees without administration responsibilities and are in their thirties perform better in “knowledge sharing scenario”.
9. Incentive of knowledge is highly correlated with the behavior of it, and the incentive would further influence the knowledge sharing behavior.
10. The scenario of knowledge sharing is highly correlated with the behavior of it, and the scenario would further influence the knowledge sharing behavior.
11. The motivation of knowledge sharing is highly correlated with the behavior of it, and the motivation would further influence the knowledge sharing behavior.
12. The foundation and conclusion of this study offered different suggestions to school, teacher and future researches respectively.
