Every software or hardware company continuously produces new products or proposes new technology in order to serve those who require network service. Nowadays, enterprises require an integrated information system for decision making. However, how to release workload on a single server has become a popular research topic and it would also be the most important application for post-internet age. Researchers try to utilize cluster techniques for dispatching workload on several servers. The research continues the early research by Dr. Tsai. We propose an optimization strategy to combine DNS and LVS/NAT to realize a component-based distributed database system. This system can attain load balance in Layer 3 and link up the distributed components in Layer 4 to achieve system integration and system reliability. These distributed components can disperse workload on servers, attain clustering distributed parallel processing and finally accomplish system integration and system security. By the implementation system, we design a component-based collaborative environment for integration of school administration system through the concepts of SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) and ESB (Enterprise Service Bus).
