Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 車輛工程系碩士班 === 95 === The purpose of this research is to develop a novel hybrid electric system use the differential gear. To derive out the dynamics module of system. To work out the power unit specifications and parameter of this system on a basis of small vehicle. And using the road loading and the BSFC data of engine to establish four optimal operator points. And using vehicle speed and transmission efficiency to plan a set of gear ratio choice method of ECVT. Then to develop a set of energy management strategy by battery SOC and load demand. Finally, use Matlab/Simulink software to build the simulation procedure under the ideal state. In order to make simulation tend towards reality even more, and then use a PID controller to build out a driver simulator, which can imitate driver’s behavior of the footboard. And to develop a feedforward and feedback control structure by a PID controller. Finally, combine all of the design and simulation. Probe into vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and improvement situation that pollute under NEDC2000 mode, constant speed and maximum output torque.
