Adopted information technology in teaching was essential trend for primary high school teachers. “Theory of Planned Behavior” was employed to demonstrate factors impacted the primary high school teachers using teaching websites. 400 primary high school teachers of math and science in Pingtung and Kaohsiung had been invited to fill out the questionnaire regarding the attitude of using teaching websites. Cronbach α was adopted for reliability. Convergent validity was used to check the factors of the model. Factor loading of latent variable indicated the factor contents. The values were all above 0.45 which indicated that all the observed factors were sufficient in reflecting the latent variable constructed. Results were described as followings.
1. Main groups, convenience and self-efficiency were the main factors influencing high school math and science teachers’ using teaching web-sites. Attitudes when using teaching web-sites, subjective regulations and recognition behavior control played the role of mediate factors. Among them, attitudes of using teaching web-sites indirectly affected behavior intention through subjective regulations.
2. Modified behavior intention model under evaluation of overall model compatible indication showed good results. Therefore, behavior intention model after modification was more truthful and more credibility for the data.
3. In this research, self-beneficiary and other-beneficiary didn’t have significant influential role for teacher using teaching web-site due to current education system. The math and science were the major subjects for” The Basic Competence Test for Junior High School Students”, teachers’ attitude and teaching were still dominated by examination orientation. As a result, self-beneficiary and other-beneficiary didn’t have too much weight on teachers’ adoption teaching web-site.
