Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 環境工程與科學系所 === 95 === In order to characterize the atmospheric particle compositions in the Hsiao-Kang area、a Dichot was used to sample daytime and nighttime ambient coarse and fine particles for three consecutive days per sampling in May、August、October、and December、2006. The samples were analyzed for particle mass concentrations、water-soluble ion concentrations、metallic species、and carbonaceous compositions to explore the size distributions、compositions、and seasonal variations of particles. The results show that the majority of atmospheric suspended particles (more than 60%) were in the fine size range in all the three seasons、and the concentrations of daytime fine particles (PM2.5) were significantly higher than that of nighttime、possibly due to the great amount of industrial combustion processes、heavy-duty vehicle transportation、and human activities at the daytime in the Hsiao-Kang area. In each season、the major water-soluble ions were SO42-、NO3-、and NH4+ in the PM2.5、PM2.5-10、and PM10、particularly in the PM2.5 in which SO42- was the most dominant component. The percentages of OC in PM2.5 and PM10 were in the range of 15.8-18.1% and 15.4-17.8%、respectively、apparently higher than those of EC (9.7-12.0% and 10.4-12.1%、respectively). Moreover、the percentages of S in PM2.5、PM2.5-10、and PM10 (4.49-8.90%) were the highest among the elements investigated. During the period of this study、the most abundant component in the PM2.5、PM2.5-10、and PM10 was water-soluble ions、the second was carbonaceous species、the third was metals、and the least was the others.
