First, we build Copper tube and Teflon tube Coriolis mass flowmeter respectively, and we present the essential frame and the design theory of the Coriolis mass flowmeter; and Applying Experiment Modal Analysis to analyze the each shape and tube’s modal analysis, and to find the Coriolis frequency for excitability. The relation between Hall sensor’s magnetic field effect and stimulating sources is being correct discussion, and to find out each tube under the single one stimulating force the different flow rate, to get phase difference with different flow rate will be linear and distance of sensor which don’t contact, according to analysis, to make each tube Coriolis mass flowmeter. Stimulating sources is used Matlab-xPC Hardware equipment to produce the excitation frequency, and the drive coil and magnet will be magnetize to produce the excitation frequency. To measurement the signal by Hall sensor that is mounted at upstream and downstream flow of the tube, then we use Matlab-xPC Hardware to filter single processing, we can measure the mass flow rate and signal analysis immediately. After we can find the accuracy of the 5 tube Coriolis mass flowmeter good than teflon tube Coriolis mass flowmeter.
