Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 機械工程系所 === 95 === This purpose of this study is to determine the optimum parameters[6] of the oxyacetylene flame for hot incision structural steels(SM41) [5]. The selection of the welding current(A), the welding volt(V), the welding velocity(cm/min), the distance between welding and the Base Material(mm) are chosen as the factors for weld quality in soldering.Orthogonal arrays of the Taguchi method and fish-bone diagram are applied for this experimentation of analytic science. The optimum operation parameters are from test four A2,B1,C2,D3 to steel plate. The parameters is include welding current of A2 : 190(A), the welding volt of B1: 27 (V), the welding velocity of C2 : 10(cm/min), and the distance between welding and the Base Material of D3 : 10(mm).these are the optimum operation parameters for steel plate butt joint using CO2 gas shield metal arc welding.Then, to reduce the follow-up combines tolerance and using decreased production costs can be achieved.
