Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 高階經營管理碩士在職專班(EMBA) === 95 === The research targets in this study are companies with stock listed in the regular stock market (787 companies) and in the emergent stock market (112 companies) in the period from 2001 to 2005; the effect of the system of bonus share by the employee on the company’s operation performance is studied. Meanwhile, stepwise regression is used in this study to perform empirical study and it is found in the empirical study that: (1)The system of bonus share by the employee has obvious encouragement effect on the financial performance and market performance of company listed in the regular stock market; (2)The system of bonus share by the employee does not have obvious encouragement effect on the financial performance of the company with stock listed in the emergent stock market; (3)Bonus share by the employee has obvious encouragement effect on the market performance of company with stock listed in the emergent stock market; (4)The effect of the system of bonus share by the employee has larger effect on the business operation efficiency of the company with stock listed in the regular stock market than that listed in the emergent stock market.
