Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 資訊管理系所 === 95 === The User-Oriented Handoff Control Framework proposed by the research is divided into the control of handoff procedure and the control of communication quality. In the control of handoff procedure, the RS-based 3PCC and REFER with Quality Negotiation according to inter-domain and intra-domain are to make use of SIP integrated with off/answer and provide the service of video quality negotiation and video transmission. On the other hand, the Stage Buffer Control Model (SBCM) is proposed in the control of communication quality. The model is to detect the situation about underflow and overflow caused by network delay, and calculate the highest and the lowest threshold of buffer according to the network. The Audio/Video Synchronization with Frame Control through detecting the buffer in advance is to solve the inter and intra synchronization caused by packet delay and packet loss. Based on the analysis of the simulation, the framework mentioned by the research will succeed to hand-off seamlessly and improve the communication quality effectively.
