Research data are collected from the community leaders whose community had jointed the community forestry project. Results show that community leaders with different education background have significant difference on the performance of community forestry projects. Leaders with bachelor degree have lower implementation effect on performing the projects than leaders with high school degree. Leaders with 1-3 years experience have higher other’s emotional appraisal than leaders with 7-9 years experience. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).
