Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 企業管理系所 === 95 === Passing researches are found, the intact training program can really influence employee satisfaction and organizational performance, but lack to study that relationship between different organizational culture and difference of training executing. Therefore, this research will try to prove it is related that organizational culture, difference of training executing, employee satisfaction and organizational performance, in order to offer the reference basis of the business training planning.
The result of this research supports that different organizational culture can influence the business training system and staff's feeling, and the disparity that employees experienced training executing is related to employee satisfaction and organizational performance, its conclusion is as follows:
1. The organizational culture is more aggressive,then the disparity that employees experienced training executing is little, the greater employee satisfaction , and then organizational performance to behave better; this research propose organizational culture to become more friendly, honest , open, harmonious and helping each other working environment.
2. The disparity of business training planning is really influences employee satisfaction and organizational performance. This research propose business to build up the whole training system to train staff's skills and attitudes on schedule, in order to keep talents here, raise organizational performance and owned enterprise's competitiveness.
