Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 工業管理系所 === 95 === This study is a multi agent-based architecture for unrelated parallel machines in a flow shop manufacturing system. Because each order can be processed on different machines and different machines have the different working efficiency to the same job, it becomes a dispatching problem. The factors of influence dispatching decisions are the due date, value of products, process time, setup time, and waiting time. And between agent’s negotiation aspect. Game theory is considered as the foundations for negotiations among agents. Moreover, two negotiation mechanisms of cooperation and compromising are developed to resolve the situations in which the equilibrium of negotiation may not reach. After the agent system construction is completed, the author simulates and verifies the proposed method under the same parameters and assumptions. The delivery dates and bottlenecks are also changed. The purpose of this research is to compare agent negotiation mechanism and the tradition a dispatching rules. As the result of this thesis, the performance of agent negotiation mechanism is not very prominent in the most index measured except the index of machine utilization. But it balances the many performance indices. Furthermore, the proposed method can maintain a stability in the different due-day distribution situations.
