Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 教育科技研究所 === 95 === The main purpose of this study is investigating the needs, importance, and differences among the needs, importance, and developmental needs of professional competency of e-instructional designers in Different Industries of E-Learning. This study aimed to 102 e-instructional designers and 53 directors. The data were analyzed in various statistical methods including mean, standard deviation, and one-way ANOVA. The research results are as follows: 1.“E-Instructional Designer” plays seven roles in the e-learning development project; there are analyzer, designer, developer, implementer, evaluator, integrator, and communicator. To be an e-instructional designer should have 34 essential professional competencies. 2.The different industries of e-learning agree that there are 7 professional competencies (knowledge of designing, communication skills, problem solving skills, expression skills, professional manner, and good mood management, active and passionate) reach the high needs of developmental competency. 3.There are 6 professional competencies of the e-instructional designers in different industries of e-learning including knowledge and skills of designing, communication skills, interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, professional manner, good mood management, are very important; two of professional competencies (knowledge of relevant laws, commercial skills) are less important. 4.There were significant differences in the two aspects involve “needs of professional competencies” and “developmental needs of professional competency (others-evaluation)” of the e-instructional designers in different industries of e-learning. 5.There were significant differences in the items of “importance of professional competencies” and “developmental needs of professional competency (self-evaluation)” of the e-instructional designers in Different Industries of e-learning.
