The main purpose of this study is to explore the hiring requirement characteristics of training related job in Taiwan. Therefore, the study also tries to confirm the accuracy of the Dual Economy Theory and Dual Labor Market Theory on this issue. Limited to the research resource, the study only analyzes the data of the 104 Human Resource Bank at the period from February 1st to March 31, 2007. The research result shows that most of job vacancies are provided by the main labor market. But the study result also points out that the peripheral industries provide more job vacancies than the core industries. The study finds out that most job vacancies of training related job in Taiwan ask for people who are aged 25 to 38, with associate degree or bachelor’s degree, business management major, and 3 years working experience. The study also finds out that the job vacancies of training related job in Taiwan usually require the language ability first. The order of the rest required abilities are basic computer ability, self-management ability, cooperative working ability, professional work ability, work adaptive ability, work administrative ability, professional certificate, learning ability, information technology ability, creativity, and foreign language certificate.
