Concrete suggestions based on findings drawn from an analysis of the above relationship will consequently be proposed with the end goal of promoting the administrative personnel's information literacy and school administrative effectiveness. Research design used the method of literature analysis and questionnaire surveys: Relevant literature was reviewed, and then connotation, level, measurement of tools, and the relationships involving administrative personnel, information literacy, and administrative effectiveness were explored. After that, questionnaire survey methodology was employed. Thirdly, data was obtained from administrative personnel information literacy and school administrative effectiveness. Finally, analytical and statistical discussions and concrete suggestions were drawn. The subjects of this research were administrative personnel from public and private universities and colleges in the Kao-Ping area. The total selected samples consisted of 570 subjects; 505 questionnaires were analyzed. The return data was calculated by the following statistical methods: descriptive statistics, Independent-samples t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe´s method, Pearson’s product- moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The following conclusions were drawn: 1.Administrative personnel function well overall in information literacy and at each level of performance. 2.Administrative personnel are consciously good at school administrative effectiveness performance. 3.Information literacy is better among male administrative personnel with higher education and more information study. More mature administrative personnel who hold higher positions possess stronger information cognition. When administrative personnel are younger, their ability to acquire information is better. 4.Female administrative personnel who study information for more than 41 hours feel the school administrative effectiveness is more ideal. Other background variables made no significant difference. 5.The more information literacy the administrative personnel possess, the more effective the conscious performance of the school administrative personnel is. 6.The level of information literacy can affect school administrative effectiveness. 7.Information literacy is directly linked to school administrative effectiveness, in particular offering the best explanation for the cognition level of the information.
