Wan’s study of classical studies was mainly based on “The Studies in Chunqiu” and “The Studies in Sanli”;he also achieved certain level on “The Studies in Pedigree of a clan”. WAN was one outstanding student among HUANG Zongxi’s students in Yin River area (Ningbo). He and his younger brother, WAN Sitong, were called “the two Wan brothers” in historical books. However, in ancient books his life and achievements were only recorded fragmentarily. Although his work “The Five Books of Classical Studies” were wide-spreading, there were rarely people to study it. Thus, this book aims at researching and investigating WAN Sida’s life and achievements, with the subject matter of “The life of WAN Sida and his study of the Classical Studies”,providing full discussion and introduction to his learning. This book also finds the connection among the relationships with his clansman, abecedarian, students and friends. Upon the completion of the above mentioned works, the book makes positive contribution on the 1st time positioning for three hundred years on WAN Sida’s role in the Eastern Zhejiang School in the early period of the Qing Dynasty, and further allows this scholar, who did not bow to the Qing Dynasty and was willing to be the heritage of Ming Dynasty all his life, to receive the respect and objective historical appreciation he deserved. 鄭卜五 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 238 zh-TW |
