The cluster version of Structural Analysis of Social Behaviors (SASB) was adopted to analysis the interaction process of the adolescent and their mothers. The findings of this research were as follows, First, The most usual characteristics of interpersonal behaviors of A mother were “nurture & control ”, “affirm & Understand”, and “belittle & blame”, and those of A child were “disclose & express”, “sulk & scurry”, and “trust & rely” and” defer & submit”. The most frequent characteristics of interpersonal behaviors of B mother were “attack & reject”, “watch & control”, and “belittle & blame”, and those of B child were “wall & distance”, “defer & submit”, and “protest & recoil”. The most usual characteristics of interpersonal behaviors of C mother were “nurture & control”, “belittle & blame”, and “affirm & Understand”, and those of C child were “disclose & express”, “sulk & scurry” and “trust & rely”. The most usual characteristics of interpersonal behaviors of D mother were “nurture & control”, “affirm & Understand”, and “belittle & blame”, and those of D child were “disclose & express”, sulk & scurry”, and “trust & rely”. Second, the most frequent interpersonal process were “complementarity”, “independence”, and “antithesis”. Third, there are three kinds of interaction patterns were found, which were “free complementarity”, “control complementarity”, and “hostile complementarity”.
