Abstract
The purpose of this research is to study the relationship between the positive emotion and the related factors of adolescence in Taiwan. The researcher adopts the questionnaire survey in multistage sampling to investigate the students of fifth and sixth grade at the elementary schools and the students from first to third grade at the junior high schools from the public schools in Taiwan (excl. offshore island) in the School Year of 2006.
The questionnaire of ”The positive emotion of Adolescence in Taiwan ”was self-designed. There were 885 surveys taken and 729 copies were available. This study applied descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson Product-Difference correlation and multiple regression for statistical analysis and the following results were obtained by 4 parts:
A. the positive emotion
1. The immediate positive emotion of adolescence in Taiwan is above medium level.
2. The credal adolescence have the higher positive emotion.
3. The adolescent positive emotion can be advanced by the home atmosphere very well.
4. The adolescence avowed healthy have the higher positive emotion.
5. The adolescence avowed popular have the higher positive emotion.
6. The adolescence avowed confiding have the higher positive emotion.
B. the effective way
1. The immediate adolescence in Taiwan using the effective ways is above medium level.
2. The immediate adolescence use frequently “smile” to be their effective way.
3. The credal adolescence can use frequently the effective ways.
4. The adolescence use frequently the effective ways if their home atmosphere very well.
5. The adolescence do the different recreational sports are discriminative in using the effective ways.
6. The adolescence avowed healthy can use frequently the effective ways.
7. The adolescence avowed popular can use frequently the effective ways.
8. Owing the higher positive emotion of the adolescence can use frequently the effective ways.
C. A significant correlation between the positive emotion and the effective ways was found.
D. The effective ways can be used to predict the positive emotion.
1. The positive thinking can be most fitting used to predict the adolescent positive emotion and pleasure state.
2. Mindfulness can be most fitting used to predict the adolescent flow state.
