After studying the related articles and making investigations by questionnaires and semi-constructed interviews, the researcher conclueds the mains results as follows: 一、Organization Commitment: (一)Gender:The female military instructor's value commitment ratio is higher than the male military instructor. (二)position:The primary military instructor's value commitment and organization commitment ratio are both higher than the executive military instructor. (三)education:The bachelor degree military instructor's effort-making commitment and organization commitment ratio are both higher than those with graduate degree. (四)school:Those working in public school are both higher in "remaining commitment" and "organization commitment". (五)personnel: In value commitment, the team above 11 is higher than the 5-10 team, the 5-10 team is higher than the team under 5 ; in effort-making commitment, the team above 11 is higher than the team under 5; in remaining commitment, the team above 11 is higher than the 5-10 team and the team under 5 ; in organization commitment, the team above 11 is higher than the 5-10 team, the 5-10 team is higher than the team under 5 . 二、Morale: (一)position:The primary military instructor much endeavors to work than the executive military instructor, and also with higher morale.
