Summary
The research is for learning motivation and satisfaction on students of in-service education at technology and vocational college in Ping Tung County. The specific objective is mainly to found out the difference on learning motivation and satisfaction of on-job student under different background and made an analysis on anticipation of learning motivation and satisfaction.
Under method of questionnaire survey, I issued 1030 questionnaire to research sample, first grade students of in-service education at technology and vocational college in Ping Tung County and receive 685 effective questionnaires. The rate of effective questionnaire is 66.5%. In accordance with method of statistics analysis: item analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, independent-samples T test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson product-moment correlation, multiple regression analysis, the conclusion is as below :
1. Students of in-service education at technology and vocational colleges in Ping Tung County have good learning motivation and satisfaction.
2. Learning motivation of students of in-service education at technology and vocational colleges in Ping Tung County is different from background.
The age is key to learning motivation and vocation is another. sexual, marriage, position, time to school, class sessions, school system are minor effects on learning motivation.
3. Learning satisfaction of students of in-service education at technology and vocational colleges in Ping Tung County is different from background.
Vocation is key to learning satisfaction while position is not. marriage, position, school system bring about more impact than sexual, time to school, class sessions do.
4. Entirety learning motivation and entirety learning satisfaction are highly significant. Each factor in entirety learning motivation and learning satisfaction are significantly up to positive correlation.
5. Anticipated entirely learning satisfaction by six factors of learning motivation is exactly anticipated. Each variable in learning motivation is a positive effect on learning satisfaction.
Research student will advise admin unit of college, sampling student and future research workers of above conclusion.
