Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 工業科技教育學系 === 95 === The purpose of the research is to study the vocational values of the ninth grade students. The researcher used the text analysis method to research the meanings of value and the questionnaire investigation method to collect the data of the ninth grade students of Kaohsiung county and city. Finally, the hypotheses were tested through statistical analyses. The study sent 915 copies of questionnaire to selected students in proportion to the number of students in each region. There were 895 copies sent back and the response rate was 97.8%. The valid response rate was 85.8%, as 785 responses were valid. The main findings of the study are as follows. 1. Gender showed statistical significance in terms of interpersonal interactions and self-actualized. 2. Parental educational degree didn’t show statistical significance in the vocational values of the ninth grade students. 3. Academic achievements showed statistical relation in terms of working environment and self-actualized. 4. Urban/rural factor didn’t show statistical significance in the vocational values of the ninth grade students. Propose the concrete suggestion according to the conclusion finally, for educational institution, national middle school, teacher, student and parents to consult.
