A study on the status and influence factors about using Loxa VoIP by primary school teachers of Kaoshiung County

碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 工業科技教育學系 === 95 === The main purpose of this study was to understand the status and influence factors about using Loxa VoIP by primary school teachers of Kaoshiung County and the analysis of discrepancy between the status and influence factors. Certificated teachers on the job of Kaoshiung County as targets were surveyed with leveled random sampling. Samples number in 700 people while effective samples 52 and effective questionnaire rate of return was 75.4%. After recovered, the quantitative analysis of the questionnaires was conducted by Chinese Editions of SPSS 12.0 Software in ways of t-test, One-way ANOVA and chi-square test. According to statistical analysis, these results lead to the conclusion as follows: 1.There are about 60% of primary school teacher of Koahsiung County have used Loxa VoIP. The usage rate of the additional function is not high. 2.With the encouragement and support from the school, elementary school teachers of Kaohsiung County would consider using the Loxa VoIP prior to any other service. 3.The factors influencing the usage of Loxa VoIP have intermediate to high level of impact, but it has diverse cognition to the impact level of “property of the product”. 4.Teachers work in township-schools of Kaohsiung County elementary school teachers tend to use Loxa VoIP within the network service, whereas teachers in small-sized school tend to dial out to local numbers, and teachers in large-sized school use it to dial mobile phone service more often than others. 5.There are no differences between the gender, age, education, working-year, nore whether or not they also work as administrative personnel to the actual usage of Kaohsiung County elementary teachers with Loxa VoIP. 6.Kaohsiung County elementary school teachers who work in the township-school are easily influenced by the factors when using the Loxa VoIP. 7.Teachers in Kaohsiung County elementary school with no administrative responsibility or non-experienced users tend to be affected more by the factor of “property of the product” when using Loxa VoIP. 8.Teachers in Kaohsiung County elementary school who use within-network service frequently and with more dial-out-rate are influenced more by the factors of the external-environment.
