In the past, franchise headquarters will select the person who joins multiple unit franchising store according to management performance in the past. After managing plural shop ,there are a lot of cases happened to successful single shop operator that quality drops heard occasionally too. Obviously there is very big difference between the managerial competency which the multiple unit franchisisee needs to possess and single shop management. This research is collected through documents, the expert analyse that sums up the managerial competency that the person who joins multiple unit franchising needs to possess in interview, find managerial competency of person who joins multiple unit franchisisee have in all five construct surface finally, including professional ability,communiction ability, an leading ability, managerial ability, personality speciality. According to this five indicators,we develop a piece of assessing sheet which was tset to the reliability and validility to three major domestic convenience store company .We take multiple unit franchisee’s affiliated advisor as research object target, utilize above-mentioned assessing sheet, ask advisors evaluate its affiliated multiple unit franchisee. Besides above-mentioned five items managerial competency content, assessment also include two multiple unit franchising managing performances and satisfaction degree.Tthe result shows: Professional ability, communiction ability and managerial ability can influence the management indicator of the multiple unit franchising , second, managerial ability and leading ability will influence the satisfaction of franchise headquarters.
