Usually it is used as the last manufacturing procedure. The timing of wheel dressing often depends on technician’s experience, but it will reduce process efficiency and increase the manufacturing expenses. So grinding automation is necessary because it can increase process efficiency and continue the quality. The key point of the automation is to monitor the quality. In order to construct grinding automation, Acoustic emission signals and grinding power signals are analyzed with wavelet which can observe the connection between the key information and the ground surface quality. According to the experimental result, each variation of AE and Power signals can effectively response the variation of the ground surface roughness and hardness. Besides, different kind of wheel material can also examine by connection of AE and Power signals too. It is therefore concluded that the matter purposed is this research for observing the grinding performance shall be utilized for grinding monitoring. And the result obtained, in this paper can be utilized for later system construction of grinding automation. none 邱能信 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 90 zh-TW
