Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 機械與自動化工程所 === 95 === In order to pursuit a resolution of the smaller-the-better characteristics of screw stress, this research combines the simulation analysis of Taguchi Methods with finite elements software MSC to optimize the design of the fix angle plates of machines. Adopting the Taguchi orthogonal arrays can find out the factors of the parameter combinations and by analyzing the least numbers of experiments. Then compare and contrast the data and the signal-noise ration by using ANOVA. As a result, this research is able to discuss the devotion percentage of every single dependant variable. This makes the researchers capable of choosing the combinations of the DV that can optimize the performance. This method can provide the machinery equipment factory to design the screw hole position of angle plates of machines.
