Many of the manufactures launch their wireless related products based on the IEEE standards help making the market bigger and more widespread for wireless network users. As many users use mobile devices to surf the net with wireless network, the need for wireless network detection increases significantly. Indoor positioning, the technology of locating indoor wireless device applies to many situations. And indoor space of active positioning can be applied to many aspects, such as products information of a supermarket, the introduction of collections in a museum or the map guiding system in a campus, etc. Moreover, it can make up a deficiency of indoor positioning of GPS. In this research, I make the indoor positioning platform come true, and the positioning platform is used for giving information of site for mobil users, it is called positioning service. Mobil users upload the intensity of the signal to the positioning server which they had got from wireless local area networks, at the same time, the positioning server will transmit the signal to a positioning algorithm to figure out where is the mobil user and send back to them or to inform the related system within the platform just like the web-based mobil user tracker. The platform provides a function which can exchange the positioning algorithm, it can improve the accuracy of positioning platform and it is helpful to a test of a new positioning algorithm through renewing the algorithm.
