Digital video programs were used in this study. The contents of the programs consist of the various hazardous conditions according to different types of the tasks.After seeing the programs, the subjects wrote the questionnaire according to the contents of the programs. There are three items for the ability of hazard recognition including risk cognition score, risk sensibility score, behavioral preparation score. After seeing the films the subjects wrote the questionnaire to assess and quantify the ability of hazard recognition. The items of questionnaire include reasons for occurrence (person, place, and device), description of hazard, probable consequences, hazard degree and method of accident prevention to reflect the ability of hazard recognition. eventually, the computer software of SPSS was used to analyze the results of the questionnaires collected from the subjects. T-test and one-way ANOVA was adopted to measure the results in order to clarify the relationship between the effect factors and the ability of hazard recognition. The findings of the study were the factors to affect the hazard recognition including age, education, job feature, work experience, training for safety and health. Otherwise, suffering the accident occurred . According to the result of the study, we made the following recommendation on training: the accident happened as training course can exalt hazard recognition for older , lower education of employees or new employee whose work experience were under six months, enhancement of the muscle skeleton accumulating injury training of the employees, the frequency of safety and health training is once every six months for the best effectiveness.
