Many knowledge management systems have conducted recently, such as internet intranet groupware and so on. They all extend knowledge rapidly. This thesis proposes 9 hypotheses, based on Delone and McLean’s IS success model and technology acceptance model (TAM), which includes the constructs of Service Quality, Information Quality, System Quality, Confirmation, Perceived Performance, User’s Internet Self-Efficacy, User’s Satisfaction and Continuing Use. In order to test the proposed hypotheses, a survey research has been carried out. The hypotheses are tested against the users in Kaohsiung City Government Police Bureau as the subjects of this study. A questionnaire is designed based on literature review and piloted to test its reliability and validity. Based on the result of the pilot study and consultation from area experts, a formal questionnaire has been formed. The quantitative data collected from this questionnaire has been analysis with Regression Analysis in SPSS program to test the proposed hypotheses. The results show that the constructs, Information Quality and System Quality, take positive effects on Perceived Performance and Perceived Performance take positive effects on User’s Satisfaction. It can also be claimed that the use of KMS has take a positive effect on user’s performance in an organization. This result can embrace the managers of organization to make decision about adopting KMS in organizations. And it can also provide benefit for raise user’s performance and satisfaction.
