This research tries to study the impact of leadership type on bank’s financial performance. The empirical results provide evidence that transactional leadership style has a positive and significant impact on bank’s financial performance. Successful banks need the right kind of transactional leader-managers who can give future vision, direction, and hope to their employee and institutions as a whole. Transactional leader-manager’s friendly and open leadership style makes it easy to build trust and loyalty and to motivate employee to do their best to finish organization goals.
