Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 工程科技研究所 === 95 === With a massive offshore exodus of Taiwan''s manufacturing sector, domestic traditional industry have gradually transferred from general manufacturing to design and exact manufacturing with high additive value. In order to meet customer’s demand, they have to adopt a strategy of process with a small amount but a great diversity. Besides that, the ways of design and manufacturing have to change frequently. Because of complexity and intensive knowledge of pressure vessel design, it is important for designer to shorten the designing time, get exact and reliable drawing, and make a valid and real time record.
This study has its concept of designing system that the user just need to input least indispensable parameter and is to build an automotive designing system with related knowledge and calculating program. The parameter includes the size of tank and end-plate, and also the designing information of gearing and agitator. The frameworks of this designing system are built-in model of CATIA V5, Part Design, and Automation & Scripting and Knowledge Advisor, which intergrades designing database and knowledge database to develop the inference engine and user interface. This study will perform the designing result of one ton pressure vessel with agitator as an example and present that the automotive designing system is able to shorten the time and decrease the cost.
