碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 工程科技研究所 === 95 === The transmission method of digital image is gone to MPEG-4 by the MPEG-1 to all have it the different application, among them most is currently use of the compression technique of the digital broadcast image is a MPEG-2. This thesis primarily focused on talking about variety process and modulate of telecast and the technique for coding, by the structure of introduction analog television, again then discuss the discrepancy of various system in the digital TV; Thesis the second chapter mainly explains the technique of analog television; Chapter 3 discrepancy and same which explains the global digital TV broadcasts; Because the digital broadcast uses the system of DVB-T in the Taiwan, so the fourth chapter aim at the broadcast technique of the DVB-T that Taiwan uses by way of explanation, and make introduction to its modulate method(OFDM). At the fifth chapter, I make a discussion to the method MPEG-2 of the media compression of DVB-T; Although currently digital broadcast in still regard MPEG-2 as principle, the MPEG still has MPEG-1, MPEG-4, MPEG-7, etc. MPEG-21 in front and back at it, it applies to all have a dissimilarity separately, Also introduce a little bit in this thesis. At the encapsulation type of the TS(Transmission Stream) of the MPEG-II of standard, I think to is the essentials of this thesis, because its explaining follow-up software how to should revise then can tidy up again better image a result. Thesis end I pick the file of the MPEG-2 of capture card and standard by image, after making storage of divide into a department, judge also than image processing in front and back of discrepancy. Expecting can give the follow-up user application is excellent to turn a last usage in the image.
