Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 工程科技研究所 === 95 === Liquid crystal displays have a lot of excellences, such as thin thickness, slight weight and high brightness, etc. It is so important subject that developing the high brightness, uniformity, and thin backlight module (BLM). In backlight module, reflector is a key-component of lower cost and easier self-development. Therefore, we emphasize optical properties of reflector in this thesis. Most simulation software can solve actual problems due to development of computer science and analysis of backlight module is inclusive. Proper apply optical simulation might play the significant note at cost down. On this research reflective index affected by particles, thickness, size etc. in reflector is studied and the radiant intensity produced by reflector and control parameters were analyzed. More optical properties such as Lambertian, Gaussian etc. were researched. Finally, the results show great success.
