It shows that there are 8 influential factors of motivations including satisfactions of seeking knowledge, increasing of specialization, raising salary and promotion, learning the second specialty, for the living existence, promoting selfhood, social contact, avoided stimulating, and external expectation. Furthermore, there are 6 influential factors of satisfactions including the teaching skill, the courses, the relations of social intercourse, the effects of learning, the service of administration, and the environment of education.
The on-job-graduate student of STM evaluate the “the teaching skill” with the highest score, and “the courses, the relations of social intercourse, the effects of learning, the environment of education” are also get the high scores in sequence, and “the service of administration” is inferior to others. That shows the adjustment of personnel matters is necessary for more administrative efficiency in NKMU and STM.
The difference analysis of motivations and satisfactions among graduate students show that the more motivations in STM, the more satisfactions in learning at this institute for those on-job-graduate students.
