To investgate the characteristics excellent and inferior treatment among these strategies, the survey is carried out. The research result can supply the food waste resources recycling plant with operation technology and environmental aspects during operation at present. Through the factor analysis for 16 assessment indexes in food waste resources recycling, the results show that there are four factors which influence the operation method and variations including “food waste treatment competitiveness factor” , “food waste operation technology factor”, “food waste treatment timeliness factor” and “food waste quality demand factor”. Via the factor analysis for influencing the handling methods in waste resources recycling strategies, there are two main factors such as “food waste processing factor” and “food waste direct treatment factor”. The best method to handle the food waste resources recycling through SWOT method is composted, followed by feeding, organic wastes anaerobic, and swine raising. As a conclusion, the ideal food waste resources recycling treatments after surveying in many treatment methods can demonstrate the technical feasibility of food waste resources recycling strategies, especially in Taiwan.
